I had a book aunt growing up, every year for birthday and Christmas she would send me and my siblings books. She is the one who got me hooked on Nancy Drew when I was 11. Now that I have a nephew, I’m striving to be the book aunt for him.
The books can grow with them and their interests. You can also leave personalized notes in the covers and can share your favorite books from childhood with them.

Preferably to a niece or nephew as this is very much uncle vibes. And preferably not a new book. I think this is the chic’est gift you can ever give anyone. They can get a pint or something with the tenner while they read the book. Sick.

I bought my Aunt a blind book for her birthday today and it’s such a fun and innovative idea. Surprise your loved ones with a mystery book you think they’ll love based on the clues <3

Support their learning and make them think “holy shit my name’s in a book?!” when they get old enough to recognize that kind of stuff.

It’s nice to be the one in the friend group who always has a game planned. I keep one deck in my purse and one on my car. Then have some quick games that are easy to teach. I suggest:
