on set, on tour, in life. Thank the ones who make it happen. Give them credit, tag them, help them get future work. Highly recommend this kind of healthy work culture.

Not saying “thanks” to be polite. But recognizing a persons contributions and sincerely expressing your gratitude to em. love an earnest thank you 🥹

It has so many purposes. For some reason it cures any weird thing that appears on my skin. I know its antibacterial but feels like a miracle for anything nefarious. also if your sink smells bad throw some down there it’ll help.

LA getting you down? because its Too Boring? Escape into this provocative - bordering-smut novel that takes place in more exciting, drug fueled times. It’s called ’The Shards’ and I read it earlier this summer and could not put it down. Like most of Ellis’ writing, it’s got well dressed preppy hot people and cocaine and serial killers. After reading ’The Shards’, I’ve been very visually inspired by 1980s LA 🎥🎥🎥

I get really excited to hang with a new friend because I like getting to know people and I like to talk and ask questions. I enjoy having one activity I might do solely with this friend like a yoga or Pilates class or a specific walking route. It’s even more fun when we meet because of the internet. Here’s me and my friend who I met because of Instagram.
