I used to have the same problem, and I was able to fix it with these two things
I think all hand cream is good, it’s more that you just reapply throughout the day, and right before bed. I keep a little tube of something at my desk, bedside, and all my bags. I like kiehls and the fenty beauty hand mask at night.
Gloves. Anytime I go outside, even if it’s sunny and not too cold, gloves. I got some lightweight windbreaker kind - linked- that don't get in the way. I swear this is the key!

rn i have the one called "cold cream" which is thick and weirdly foamy and designed to be a preventative barrier for ur skin against the cold but at some point i think i used the one called "cicalfate restorative hand cream" or a similar product by them that completely fixed my cracking, bleeding hands!!!

Being ashy is not fun and it's also terrible for your skin. As someone who suffers from dry skin in the winter, I recommend lathering some shea butter on your face before stepping out of the house. This can be applied to your hands as well. A+D Ointment and Vaseline are also good facial products to keep your skin moisturized. Another option for your hands is Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula Lotion. This is an effective and quicker option compared to the shea butter. Sometimes the butter takes time to work into the skin. I personally make time to moisturize my hands with both. I find this lasts longer. As for lips, some good options include Chapstick brand Original Chapstick, Blistex, Aquaphor, or Fenty Skin Lux Balm.

this is the good stuff right here, aquaphor healing balm stick, it’s literally just a thick chapstick that’s for your hands. i was sick and tired of wanting to heal my skin and having to rub all this goop and cream into my hands (getting my fingertips all goopy in the process). this chapstick thing is a LIFESAVER it avoids weird fingertip texture with cream AND it’s incredibly easy to apply to a smaller area or your entire hand!! BUY THIS

I’m a project manager for a prepared food company, and the majority of the projects I work on are soup. We’re mostly private label, so we make the store brand soups in the deli section for most of the big grocery stores.
One time at a big meeting our boss got a cameo from the “no soup for you!” Guy from Seinfeld to pump us up (?)

These puzzles are wild! All the pieces are different shapes, and even at the end it was so hard! Totally twisted my brain, please let me know if other puzzle companies do this I’m hooked!

for a while, I thought that to be anyone of substance, value, recognition, etc. you had to have a distinct personal brand. What a load of hooey. It definitely had a lot to do with Instagram, and like admiring people for having that persona that people know who you are without actually having to know you. it’s really depressing and sincerely unattainable for me. I now am very happy being off Instagram and doing whatever, without wondering how it looks.
