Tahini / sesame paste
Always keep tahini in the fridge! It's so good obviously for hummus, diluted with lemon juice, salad dressings, hot pot dips, mixed with spicy chili crisp, cookies, everything.

This is my "it works with everything salad dressing"
diced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, S&P (measure with your heart just watch the salt) stir stir until it gets creamy! š
