I was stoned the first time I heard it too, off on a sunny walk in my neighborhood, and it all just came together in a perfect little moment.
I love this song sm. Rock n roll love confession. A classic for me. There’s never a lull, with the timing of the back up vocals and guitar licks and the lyrics feel so pronounced they’re unavoidable. No wonder he inspired Elliot Smith. Feels like a 70‘s summer.
