Orange blossom & lavender cookies

The base cookie, graybeh, can be flavored in a lot of ways, so if orange and lavender isn’t what you‘re looking for you could do anise, vanilla, or ginger, but the cookies as is are excellent— they’re light, crumbly and the texture is perfect.
