They say the l-theanine content in the matcha helps to reduce the cortisol spike from the caffeine and that it has a calming effect on the brain.
Thereās nothing like a good cup of coffee donāt get me wrong, and like David Lynch said āeven a bad cup of coffee is better than no coffee at allā but matcha in the morning gives me the same caffeine hit without that jittery buzz.
