He does nothing with it and I might get it when he dies? Idk.. I would build a house there in retirement tbh but if I wanted to capitalize on it I would probably make it a Christmas tree farm. Anything else would be way too intensive

I’ve been thinking about this

I want to buy a small house in the country that has a porch with a roof. Somewhere where it rains and there are birds that I can look at visiting the bird feeder and bird bath. I need really fast internet bc I plan to remain chronically online. I also want there to be a really good, affordable non-chain pizza place nearby. Going to order that pretty frequently or maybe I can buy one of those outdoor pizza ovens. It depends how much the house costs me but surely will be cheaper than current rent. Not sure if the pizza oven will save me money in the long run or not. I never made pizza dough at home before bc it seems like a lot of work and most grocery stores sell pizza dough that is decent. I will continue to work from home and read the internet
