I found this photo of myself circa ~1994 and loved my energy in it. Itโs a tight crop from a larger photo that included my parents. Not sure if this was genuine or a bit of a pose (I can be a ham) but the ennui captures more of my internal energy as an adult than I felt as a kid. Because while Iโm a pretty hopeful, positive person, this photo is also how the world - and the experience of being a person in it - can make me feel at least once a day.
