I do it unless/until I will get myself in trouble, it's fun and satisfying for all. One friend at a time to stretch the budget, with an occasional group splurge.
Free food for them & as someone THOROUGHLY against "single-serve" baking it makes it so much easier not thinking about eating the leftovers before they go bad (or freezing & inevitably forgetting about them & throwing it out six months down the line).
in any way shape or form... for me personally my thyroid is getting normal again because i've done the necessary work to help myself, and that feels really good
