IDK how I just noticed this but
Jim Croce's "I Got a Name" and
Gordon Lightfoot's "Carefree Highway"
(classic acoustica moments from the '70s that have been used in films, ads, etc.)
Are both in the key of E major
both sung by guys with baritone voices
and involve lyrics about either literally or metaphorically going down a "highway" to discover and experience life.
Just sayin'.
I'm sure it wouldn't take much to find a James Taylor/Tim Buckley venn diagram either.
