I can zone out. Nobody is going to bother me. I don't have to feel rushed. I can feel lonely while I'm around a bunch of other people.

❤️Going on a walk without listening to music and better yet without my phone washes my brain clean. it’s a sort of version of meditation to me. I can’t meditate for more than 3 minutes but I can do this for an hour. It makes me feel like a real person amongst other people. I also tend to remember I’m a whole body with arms and legs and not just a brain. it gives me time for my brain to go empty or to think about something I didn’t realize I was trying to ignore.

⭐I find that I can only really think deeply about myself and my life when I've had time away from people. I like to find an activity that I can do by myself for myself and I do that for a few hours.

🎧when it was lockdown i missed going to the shops and wandering around quietly browsing with headphones on 😌 but now i can do it at will again i appreciate it even more. especially daytime during the week when it is mainly young parents and old people 💝 i find it very meditative. i love to see others browsing and bustling about their days

Yes! I was sorta wondering what I liked about this app. It's like the gratitude journal that I keep hearing I should start. I find myself thinking more about the little things that bring me joy in the everyday.

Dunno how Tyler cracked the code but somehow I’m looking at a feed of gratitude lists instead of doom scrolling passive agressive buckshot that wants me to kill myself. This is the best thing on the internet since tumblr.

📺It's not really about the plot, which is my usual draw. It was nice to see some adults acting like grown adults. At a couple points, I thought I could see the spicy conflict about to happen, but nope, reasonable people being reasonable and talking things out.

🍚It always makes me smile when I turn on the rice cooker and it plays a little song for me :) I thought it was kinda stupid before I had one. Like I'm so over twinkle twinkle little star, but it just sounds so happy to be making me rice!
