You get to keep up with the habit of making coffee everyday but you don’t do your body the disservice of having caffeine during such a sensitive and volatile time. Also works great on Sundays or Saturdays when you want an easy day. That’s the tea

I can’t have caffeine anymore with my stimulants (for ADHD) and started drinking decaf. I was worried that I was gonna hate it and feel terrible but its honestly great. Granted I think the stimulants are curbing the caffeine withdrawal, but no caffeine with all the taste and aesthetic of coffee rocks
