Rapid heart rate, shortness of breath, profuse sweating. All of these things feel terrible at the time that they are happening but we do them anyway because we know we can. It’s a simulated crisis. And now when something in real life is an actual crisis, we go to that place where we know we can, even though it feels terrible.

Not in an exercise way. Like you’re being chased. I think that treating the stuck emotional stress as a physical threat gives your body the tools it needs to shed it as fast as possible. The adrenaline clears your head. I do it sometimes and it feels like I’ve snapped out of a trance afterwards.

you thought you were gonna stroll down the sidewalk and eye-flirt with strangers on your way to work? WRONGGG. your ass is LATE LATE. time to pick up the pace. no shame in my game though. i really like doing this in moments when it's not 100% necessary. i absolutely loathe doing this when it's incredibly necessary (running very late and the difference between this bus or train and the next means losing an additional 15 minutes). i'm either running cause i care/fed up with my own bullshit lateness or running because it feels ELECTRIC. in both cases i never feel foolish for running. shoutout to fight or flight.
BONUS POINTS: - gives the feeling of i'm starring in the film called MY LIFE and the world is my audience - gets the heart rate going

They are covered in chemicals, their carbon footprint is outrageous, and most importantly, the women who grow, harvest and ship these roses are living with diseases caused by the pesticides used. Find some paper and a pen, and write how you feel instead of “saying it with flowers”. This is coming from a florist who works exclusively with local and seasonal flowers. I made this from my garden this morning.

I’ve had my set of multiple sizes and shapes of Pyrex glass storage for YEARS and it’s the best I’ve used. As a mom of 4 I have leftovers at every meal so these get used a LOT. These can also be used in the oven and they don’t leach BPA’s into your food like inexpensive plastic ones. Also if/when the lids crack you can buy replacements on amazon without buying a whole new set. This is not an ad but maybe it should be.

Because it feels good, thats why. Be too much for people, be just enough for the right people. No softening of edges, no editing. Be everywhere you want to be. Haunt people.
