guys we all need to be taking probiotics… obviously sourcing from “whole food” options like kimchee and yogurt is great but if your gut biome needs a little extra help… kefirlab makes these incredible organic probiotic shots that are diary free (entirely coconut base) and they r so fire.. so far the vanilla coconut one is the best i ever tried. sorry for saying gut biome.

so far, great way to not kill self. & successful method of telling people exactly the type of girl you are in a single word. also, beautiful process of connecting to the universe and ancestral destiny. ideally de-centering you and focusing on someone who isnt real. plus, allows you to live in a neutral and prioritize the self care and healthy disciplined lifestyle required for someone who could at any moment welcome someone else‘s words, movements, and history into your heart. so basically really nice if you don’t like doing drugs and need a lot of fiber and sleep. additionally, means you can be glamorous everyday and if you’re not it’s cause you are making a big statement. in conclusion, gay men know your truth so you don’t have to. p.s. wigs.
