Try things you want to try. Make friends with people who make you feel good about life. Life is limitless and so are you. Who you were yesterday and who youâll be tomorrow are different but theyâre all you! Nothing is ever set in stone so donât worry about finding exactly who you are right away. No one truly ever does you know! Put yourself out there and try things you want to try. It sounds like a lot of empty words but donât be too harsh on yourself in the process, youâre not just one thing or the other and you will constantly change. I wish you all the best xoxo

been trying this out recently and it seems to be workingâŠ
instead of saying affirmations such as âI AM a good friendâ or âI AM strong,â etc., which never actually felt true and often felt so far from my mental state at the time, try creating an identity for yourself. switch the narrative to saying âI am a person WHO LIKES to be there for my friendsâ or âI am a person who likes to feel strong.â
this helps you foster parts of yourself that feel within reach and are relatively true to who you are.

What does this mean? To live based on true feeling - without masking. Itâs so odd when you become aware of the distinction between surface level and something more complex. Why not free yourself? Why put on a facade? Become YOU. Fully, whole-y; inside and out. But alas - who are you?
