Low heat, 45 fuckin minutes. Iām not playin w you.
Use gruyere cheese
Make a compound butter with my girlies: thyme and rosemary and their dude garlic.
Slather that butter on two pieces of sourdough. Both sides, I shouldnāt even have to tell you this.
Cook up some bacon!!!
Add a tomato.
If youāre feeling froggyā¦truffle powder.
Get to work.

BOURSINNNNN avec lāail et des herbes
Guysā¦ I HATE cheese like pretty much everything thatās not your basic mozzarella, parmesan (but not when itās hard), colby jack, or cheddar (only sharp). So basically yeah this is huge. Everyone needs to get in on this. Itās actually not pictured below because I tore it tf up but that was the site where I made gigi hadidās penne alla vodka (sans vodka) for the first time since quarantine AND IT WAS BOMB AF. Still, all I could think about was damn I shouldāve added boursin to the sauce like that wouldāve hit so different.

You SHOULD be rinsing your rice before you cook it.
But if you arenāt today is the PERFECT day to start.
Rinse your rice in cold water to get the starch off it, agitate the rice. save that milky colored water in a large container. Keep rinsing the rice until itās clear.
Cook your rice and eat it.
Let the rice water sit overnight so that the hard minerals evaporate.
You can dilute the rice water with more reg water to dilute it (like if you have HELLA plants like I do) but stir it up bc it might settle.
(You can either add filtered water OR you can add more water before you let the hard minerals evaporate)
Now you have a natural and free fertilizer for your plants. Use it all in one day tho.
Repeat once a month, every other month or when your plant babies need some extra love especially during the winter months.
