I just ran into an ex at the gym and it made me work out like a fuxxing maniac, highly recommend going to the same gym as someone who low key effed you up whoop scores through the roof 📈
Was in the foulest of mood spirals. I ran for 6 minutes and walked for 14 minutes on the treadmill. I was pissed off and lazy the whole time but then after I got off and stretched I was brought back from the emotional brink!!! The endorphins are within you!!!
