Oyster Mushrooms - cooking them in butter and olive oil

But putting them in the dry pan over low heat for a few minutes first. That way they can lose a little moisture and be more likely to come out crispy and golden delightful rather than soggy. I also recommend putting them on toast with a very runny egg
