I pronounce my own last name wrong (well, differently than a native Polish speaker) so I usually just say yea, that's fine, let's get to the next step of this transaction so I can get on with my day.

TOO MANY TO COUNT

mispronounced someone’s project name right after they explicitly told me how to pronounce it…met with two people and forgot who is who, so spent the first 10 mins waiting for one of them to refer to the other by name…this is just in the past week or so but we keep pushing

letting someones misuse of words slide

they said the wrong thing but if you know what they meant dont break their stream of consciousness. only interject if (1) it would be embarrassing for them to make that mistake again in front of a less gracious audience and it is a repeat mistake (eg, calling a personal connection by the wrong name NOT using "nuke-ular" instead of "nuclear") or (2) you need to clairify meaning to understand the story
