This city used to never sleep... covid changed that. Nowadays, very few NYC establishments are truly 24/7. Luckily, Sunny & Annie's deli is one of them. The sandwich counter is GOATed and it *never closes*!!! They have so many different sandos but my favorite is the "Pho 1" — it's the ingredients that are in pho soup but on a sandwich instead. This is the ultimate East Village spot, whether you're hungry af at 4 am or whether you're just waking up and wanna grab a breakfast sandwich to eat in Tompkins with your lover

i've avoided that area since i moved to nyc, but close by there's ichiran if you want some good ramen. if you're willing to go a couple stops downtown you could go to S&P lunch for some great sandwiches; a few stops uptown and you have all'antico vinaio for great sandwiches as well. i like sandwiches for lunch.

Been eating Mamoun’s since I was a kid. Prices have gone up a little recently but still a great deal. $9.50 for a shawarma sandwich, make sure you ask for hot sauce. Baba ganoush platter rules too, you can eat some and then save the rest for a savory breakfast the next day

I had never heard this Rapture song before seeing it on my friend Jorge's IG story the other day. That's because it was only released on the soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto IV. The track was produced by Timbaland and features a ridiculously cool combo of beatboxing and cowbell. Apparently it was a huge hit in Australia and nowhere else
