sometimes i make myself a comically big bowl of salad with all my favorite things and munch on it all day. here’s my recipe
- the lemony arugula basil salad kit from trader joes (i take out the nuts bc i don’t fw them but u can keep them in if u want)
- a lil extra lemon juice
- spicy impossible nuggets
- minced garlic
- a lil extra of ur fave cheese ohhhhhhh now that’s what i call… a salad
Arugula, parm, lemon, olive oil, flaky salt and pepper. It is perfectly balanced and goes with everything. It’s simple yet elegant. If you’re feeling frisky you can up the ante by adding preserved lemon.
Changed my flavour profile! My friend did this insanely delicious salad for lunch once-arugula, some other leafy green I can't remember now, green grapes, feta, quinoia, balsamic vinegar honey dressing (maybe?), a squeeze of lemon, and chopped nuts.
Cooking and eating with people is possibly the most lindy activity of them all. Everyone needs to eat and at least one person likes to cook. very spiritually fulfilling
