STEP OUTSIDE EVEN IF IT’S JUST TO A PARK OR CAFE

you’ll see plenty of people doing their own thing,, just go on a long walk and listen to music. or if you can’t step out just put on music or shake your body- dance or move. This works for me usually

Walks!

it may sound counterintuitive but sometimes youve gotta get out of your space. recently ive been going on walks with my friends (im bad at coming up with things to do). shoot the shit, take random turns, come up with silly walks, end with a hot beverage!
