Reading craigslist missed connections as a new form of poetry
This is one of my top recommendations of all time and one of my favorite pastimes. Ive been accumulating a collection of screenshots of the most beautiful, strange, and funny posts I’ve found on there since 2016 or so. The range of emotions, experiences, writing styles- it’s so beautiful to me. Go search for some good ones, if you get a chance.

Gazpacho only in the late summer, persimmons only in the winter, etc. just because we can import anything from anywhere anytime doesn’t mean we should. Nothing is special if you can have it whenever you want it.
