This time we asked our members to nominate films that take place within a day (ty @TIFF for the theme and film rec). All these recs were so interesting guys, we had such a big range. It took me 5 hours to find links for them. I was thinking of maybe making a downloadable pdf with links to all the films I've been able to find. Synopsis from IMDb and Letterboxd: "Desperate to escape his mind-numbing routine, meek Manhattan word proccessor Paul Hackett ventures downtown for a date with an attractive, but apparently disturbed, young woman, and finds himself trapped in a nightmarishly surreal vortex of improbable coincidences and farcical circumstances." After Hours is rated 15 (US R) by the BBFC for strong sex references, and violence. But we recommend the website โDoes the Dog Dieโ for comprehensive content warnings.

I think this film might be best watched with no context.
