This one always gets overshadowed by When Harry Met Sally! Outfits in this one bang, I think there is a good balance between an emotional and funny story line, and the two leads are at the top of their game! Funny child acting, great soundtrack, a movie for star crossed believers, I love this one even tho most people I know shit on it!

honestly, i can’t and won’t shut up about this movie.
you could be laughing your ass off at ryan reynolds and sandra bullock’s the proposal, you could fall for matthew mcconaughey in how to lose a guy in 10 days, and you could awww‘ed at hugh grant and julia robert’s notting hill.
but, when harry met sally just hit different. the way that it feels relatable and real, the sweetness of every scene without having it too cringey?!
meg ryan’s fit in here is just to die for. i strive to dress up like sally every frickin day. and the way billy crystal ate in portraying harry?! people slept on him for too long! ugh. just… chef’s kiss 🤌🏼

🎞This is an ensemble romcom done well— it’s well written, avoids cliche, and avoids the common ensemble comedy issue of a weak link; the actors have great chemistry, and a natural rapport.

💘When Harry Met Sally is my number one rom com and movie, always. My Big Fat Greek Wedding is another one I love. Recently watched The Wedding Planner (Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey) and loved it. Runaway Bride (Julia Roberts and Richard Gere) is also good.
I Want You Back, When We First Met, No Hard Feelings are enjoyable. Romancing the Stone was great, you can also watch The Lost City (Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum) which has tons of parallels to Romancing the Stone.
This time of the year I always try to watch Lovehard, Serendipity, While You Were Sleeping, and The Holiday.
I don't know if this (or any of the above recs) are what you're looking for but Much Ado About Nothing (1993) is in my top 10 favorite movies.

🏔I think mountain lions are so cool, just thinking about them right now. If I could have a mountain lion as a companion I so would. They are beautiful creatures, iconic symbols of the American west, which I also love. If I ever saw one in the wild I would be so scared but later I’d think it was cool.

I have always been on selfies and yes it’s kinda embarassing and yes it’s kinda cringe but I think taking photos of ourselves in moments helps you feel like you have moments that are worth documenting AND you look good in them! Also funny factor on selfies is so good. Look at this selfie I took.
