@BECCA-1 like kind of creamy and salty with a fried crust. something similar that’s vegetarian would be like fried mushrooms (especially oyster mushrooms). I used to grow them and they are so good!
everyone's gotta try them once. i guzzled down a pint of Fiddlehead with two of my best friends at Union Oyster House and got the chance to try oysters for the first time. bitter, vinegary, fishy goodness. would try again
At Discourse coffee (Milwaukee based but in Chicago for the summer). I swear to god it’s good and it actually has ramen broth in it. perfect balance of salty and sweet, and u know I love those fried noodles
The potato donuts at Downstate Donuts here in Chicago ruined me for other donuts. Miso honey butter is my fav. Just pure dense fried deliciousness. Like someone crossed sweet potato pie with Krispy Creme.
