Ever since i started listening to music i ve been mesmerized by AURORA's singing and her powerful lyricism. She s an advocate for everyone that doesn t have a voice, a beautiful person inside and out. The seed is one of my fav songs of hers and i belive it s relevent to what s going on in the world right now

I saw her live in October and she took my breath away to be quite honest. She radiates such a warm and comforting energy (and with the most beautiful voice ever). Her performance prompted my to buy her vinyl of shelter. I love listening to this album all the way through. There’s magic in there !!!

On buses and in uber there s always music playing but my grandpa only drives in silence. And that makes me think of this age of entertainment and how we bring extra stimulation in even the most mundane tasks.

I ve been against social media since i was young but not because i had a certain awerness about it s effects. Ut s just that i never understood why people felt the need to post things to "let their friends know how they re doing". Couldn t they just text them? Even with this confusion i still spent a looong time on social media, but without posting anything. I felt i had to, because all my friends kept refrencing things i didn t understand and i felt stupid. But after years following that mindset i decided it s better to not understand certain trends than to have my mind clouded by short form content. And i m glad i did and do not miss it. Now i watch movies and read books, watch video essays on yt, listen to new music i stumble upon and it s more fun than scrolling for hours.

This is my first post and it got me thinking of all the other firsts happening this year. I just got accepted into my dream college and i can t wait for my first day. I m also getting my first apartment with my little sister so i can be close to the campus. All these first steps into adulthood make me feel more like a little child but i couldn t be more excited.
