i like working out now bcz i’m literally just fucking around for a few hours… i still hit the muscle groups i need to or whatever but mostly i feel like a kid going ham at recess
I need to get into shape, and getting up early and hitting the gym feels great, and ads routine to my life. You don’t have to get up early ofc. But the gym is a great way to spend you time, and it feels good.
I feel a bit like picrel doing this but the evil thing is that it actually works. Endorphins linger all day, makes everything so much more tolerable. Will never be a morning routine grindset influencer but this is as close as I'm gonna get
it’s kind of like an adult reworking of a star chore chart… i feel like having a planner or google calendar is really great but if i don’t see it, then it’s harder for me to remember i need to check it LOL i also have set alarms and a little schedule for myself and now i don’t dread every day when i wake up!!!
