Just a super simple morning routine. Mine is wake up, feed cats, read for 30 minutes, brush teeth, wash face, make bed, breakfast, get ready. Super simple but helps so so much. I feel so accomplished after reading like I just woke up and read and now my brain is super chill and ready to do the next thing. And since it’s not time based, it doesn’t matter if you wake up super late. When I wake up late and feel bad about it, I can still do my morning routine, so my day isn’t ruined. Reading also helps me stay off my phone in the morning which usually makes or breaks my morning. Just try out a very basic and easy routine and see how you feel. You’ll probably feel great and then keep doing it.
