TAKING THE CHANCE
cold emailing to undergo dj training at my local independent radio station <3 just want to share music w friends
(oh if anyone is interested, here’s a demo mix i made a while back when i had entertained the idea the first time and got cold feet. in a perfect world i would pick a broad human theme as a title, and pair it with a piece of poetry or prose that evokes that feeling. the songs i choose will align with that)

as part of my summer 2024 project, i'm trying to learn how to dj. today i made the most diabolical like downright atrocious mix i've ever heard but in the process of trying to get the app to dj i got 2 months free of apple music. and now i'm hearing sounds in songs i thought i KNEW like the back of my hand which makes them feel like i'm listening for the first time.
