I adore this podcast. Such an easy one to dip in out of episodes. The pod is hosted by author and journalist Caroline O’Donoghue and explores the culture we love that society makes us feel ashamed of. My few of my fav episodes include: - Robbie Williams with Dolly Alderton - The high street with Lauren Bravo - The Anastasia Christmas Myth Special - the whole of the Sentimental and the City miniseries with Dolly Alderton

Obviously this is a well known podcast but specifically the episode about Caroline Calloway is so good. smart women intellectualizing about something dumb is always an interesting listen.

😃
Hosted by Dolly Alderton, this podcast really makes me reflect on my own love stories. With a multitude of celebrity guests such as Stanley Tucci, Vanessa Kirby and many more; this podcast really puts a smile on my face. Although this podcast ended in 2019 (Dolly likes to leave us wanting more), the two seasons worth of episodes gives plenty of listening time and it’s definitely a podcast that you can come back to time and time again. I’ll leave you with a question that is frequently asked on the podcast: have you ever experienced unrequited love?

Everybody has a secret is just so funny and silly. Great for when you want some tea split that has absolutely nothing to do with you.
Grave Matters is such a unique podcast. Discussing all things to do with death and dying. for example did you know there is something called a death doula?! I didn’t. A really interesting, impactful and beautiful way to learn about something we will all experience/go through.

Just write! I’m awful for being overly perfectionist with my work and I have just stopped reading through my writings. I really helps just spur on my creativity and breaks down that perfectionist block in my head. I’ve also heard that writing poems down then instantly burning them works as well for this.

Can’t believe those annoying fitness influencers were right. All it took was working out 5 times a week and I feel sane again. It could literally be just a 45 min walk or 2 hour leg day at the gym but I actually feel so much better mentally and physically.
