Everybody has a lot of things and people whom they love and although it can be hard to tell somebody directly that you love them I think it's worth spreading any love that you can in the world.

I often feel some insecurity and embarrassment at telling people I love them for the very first time (esp if we havent been friends for long) but like!!! I have so much love to give!! And my loved ones deserve to know I love and care about them!!
(i did a mountain collage and put the words "I love you" in Dutch on it, then sent the card to a friend. Also added some love letters bc they are going through a tough time and I need them to understand that they mean the world to me)

♥️this world is too cold and life is too short to not make sure that the people around you know you love them, that they matter to you. stop this mindset of needing to be nonchalant!!!! if someone leaves you after you tell them you love them, well, they weren’t mean to stick around anyways. tell your friends, your family, your lovers that they are what makes life worth living! that they are sunshine personified to your heart and soul!! the real ones will stay, and they’ll tell you the same. too many people don’t realize how loved they are. 2025 is the year of telling people you love them. flat out.

😃Whenever you find some field or topic interesting the chances are you can find some book, blog, or newspaper articles on the topic and research into it yourself. It doesn't even have to cost money if you make use of your local library. Also, because it's just a hobby you don't have to worry about understanding or being good at anything, although I think that trying your best to understand definitely enhances the experience.
Doing this also prepares you for the future as you'll have a wider breadth of knowledge and connections to draw on, as well as strengthening your researching skills.

😃You can have it with some tea or coffee and it's almost like you're out at a cafe but in the pleasance of your own home. Also lets you take a moment out of your day to enjoy and focus on something.
