GETTING WAY TOO HOT OUTSIDE, GOING INSIDE, THEN GOING OUTSIDE AGAIN
Maybe it’s because I love routine, maybe it’s because I’m part reptile, maybe it’s because I must generally regulate my bodies temperature depending on the weather, whatever the reason is, this rocks. I love to come inside an air conditioned space and feel how sweaty I got is that gross or weird..I don’t care !

cracking the window just ever so slightly even though its winter and cold out
its imperative that i get some fresh air in this room!!! get that shit circulating… it feels so refreshing returning to this after a long day too, but not recommended for when you’re getting out of a hot bath or shower… no, its just a bit too nippy for that

Laying on a hot rock in the sun
simple. hot rock in the sunshine. I see why lizards do this. I feel like I was roasted inside and out in the best way and suddenly have the desire to buy the viral Costco individual sauna.
