dad found Jesus in jail while my mom was in residency. they met on a mission trip not long after he got out and then mom worked to put dad through undergrad. he studied agriculture and they did community development work as missionaries in Thailand. now back in the States, my dad is a financial advisor and my mom basically runs the kids programs at their church.
