@CHOC_ORANGE exactly try to dress as chicly as you can while also maximizing COZINESS. And yes for the tears but also for the feeling of raw vulnerability I find that going without makeup brings!! Thank youuu it was great—it was my first session with her and I felt a strong connection + she said some insightful things i wouldn’t have considered and seemed to understand me. I did cry very briefly but it was cathartic! she has a nose ring and gets my sense of humor. I hope your therapy goes well too!!!!
