if you live on this planet, people are most likely asking you to watch all kinds of shows. and if you’re like me, it can get pretty stressful (i’m not watching 8 seasons of allat) !!! so when my friend recommended me the show pantheon, i was skeptical. but after the final episode of this beautiful sci-fi adult animated series, i can’t stop recommending to every single person i know. PANTHEON is a beautifully animated series exploring the concept of Uploaded Intelligence. (that’s basically where they scan your brain and then upload your consciousness to the Cloud after you’re dead. fun, right?) the characters are complex and interesting, the soundtrack is bangin, the world is so cool, and also paul dano is in it. it’s on netflix go watch it idgaf

idc if you dont like sci-fi or you hate star wars, i am being so fr rn go watch andor. it is a masterclass in television and perfectly mirrors the world we currently live in. it might just be the closest thing disney has to prestige television.
as a star wars fan I can tell u with 100% certainty that you do not need to know anything abt the star wars movies or universe to enjoy this show! it can exist in it's own little self contained bubble. (although the sw movie it is directly tied to- "rogue one" is also a really good piece of media but im biased shh)
it is a strong anti-facist piece of art whose commentary on the world is so strong i've legit heard stories of ppl who have become radicalized by watching the show. the craft put into the show is amazing- the music, cinematography, acting, practical effects, costuming, and writing is all top notch stuff! stellen skarsgard himself described it as "star wars for adults" and i personally describe it as "really fucking good".
plus if you need any more reasons diego luna and adria arjona are rlly hot.
