I saw this majestic Dawn Redwood on someone's instagram story and DM'd them: "I need to lay my eyes on this mf but don't tell me exactly where it is, just vaguely." They told me it was in High Park, a massive park in Toronto. There is only one sizeable body of water in High Park, so I biked a lap around it, scanning the shoreline for this bad boy. It took over an hour to find it. I then posted up on the bench beside it and read and watched the sunset.
