see sometimes naps are the best things to ever exist and you wake up feeling refreshed ready to get things done but then other times naps are not so fun and you wake up in a funk not having the time of your life cause that just messed you up but yeah i lean more towards not taking naps personally but if someone's telling me i kinda wanna take a nap i be like you should totally go for it and take one
people who are like βoh napping will mess up your sleep scheduleβ should STOP. blah blah blah. iβll be taking my 26 minute naps and feeling amazing and refreshed while you drag through the day. iβm sorry iβm just a nap advocate
I try my best to nap but it just wont happen, my body is used to not napping since I was a kid and whenever I nap I just feel much better after and I can achieve the things I wanted to do when I was tired before
take naps!! in the past, i used to feel guilty about napping, like there was always more to do. now i squeeze them in when I can. hell, i'll fall asleep anywhere.

straight after this we unfortunately had to go back to uni and lock in but the break was nice while it lasted and the flowers were so so pretty
i wear a face covering (the niqab) and whenever i'm inside with my girls and i can take it off i love making a big deal out of it and being like face reveal and my friends also jump on the bandwagon and act so shocked I LOVE IT
