cat jumping on your lap or a dog bringing you a toy to play with them whatever happened in your day is in the past!!!
I feel so healed from years of neglecting my need to be seen and acknowledged. It's a very life affirming experience and my mental health improved so much 💖
I wanted to be an artist for the longest time as a kid and even got into art school as a teen but I couldn't afford it. I tried to keep up at as a hobby but I don't make anything any more after I started working. My younger self would be shocked lol
