✨I love doing things that bring me joy and ignoring the voices in my head that may have negative energy towards me being happy. Today I went shopping and it wasn’t impulsive I had thought about it but It wasn’t a necessity. I felt it was going to bring me joy and a dopamine hit so I did it and it for sure gave me exactly that. Do I regret spending money I shouldn’t have, no, am I happy, 100% yes and I’m saying all this to say chase happiness and joy regardless of what that voice in your head might be telling you because at the end of the day stress and sadness and all that negative energy is not worth it.

🌈The world is electric, sad, crazy, pretty, lost, exciting, needy, spinning, wtf now. But I want to be completely unafraid to live every day. The girl who still sings funny lyrics, cries when she sees a flapping pigeon trying to escape, longs for the things her Maker has wired her for, the girl who chases after weird rabbit holes that she thinks are cute, has NO idea how things will turn out the next day, the passion that turns her hot and cold, the girl who thinks through everything but also effing go like, I should have gone on that boat.
I really should have. Because life.
