im moving into my own apartment for the first time soon and weirdly enough estate sales and lowkey the place to go!!! like we got some cutesy silverware with flowers on them and then a bird clock that makes different bird chip noises on the hour!! like if you know where to go and are willing to spend a bit rummaging through someone else's home it is well worth it and pretty cheap (at least where I am they are down for haggling lower prices and giving deals and such bc they want to get rid of everything). try looking on estatesales.net to find stuff in ur area bc they are a rlly good source i've found :)

โบ๏ธhaven't signed the lease yet but it's basically a done deal. i'm so excitedddd!!! landlord is super nice and the only other person in my building is my coworker who is awesome. rent is great and the place is pet friendly!! will definitely be getting a cat after a few months getting settled. it's gonna take me awhile to fully furnish it but i should have everything i absolutely need when i move in things will just be sparse lol. i'm excited about moving and decorating and putting together furniture (i LOVE putting together furniture)

- Renthop is mostly a scam.
- Iโve heard of Craigslist working for some people?
- You need to make believe you work in sales and call/email/text the brokers shamelessly.
- There are some buildings that never really get listed, but you have to have pretty good social connections to find out about the units.
- Make sure your old lease and your new lease overlap by a day or two, because itโs really tough if they donโt.
- Movers are going to cost an arm and a leg. Try to do without if you can.

geniuenly it is so good. they have a random article generator, guess what happened today in history game on the app, and a feature which let's you make lists for all the articles you find :))
good way to learn, get off social media, and cure boredom!
