look if dubstep wasn't your thing that's fair, but from a technical perspective this tour was insanely cool. basically skrillex was in this set piece that had projection mapping all over it, esentially making the whole thing a giant screen. on top of that, the screen directly behind him had an animated puppet figure that was live motion-tracked to his movements. not only did this look cool but it also made it feel like you were watching a performance, not just a dressed up DJ set. linked a video where he's playing Hypnotize by The Notorious B.I.G. middle school me wanted to go so bad but i was too young for any of the venues near me and no adult would take me, not that i blame them haha
