Weather modification has been around since the 40ās though. He might be referring to the Thiel funded startup that was conducting cloud seeding 2 days before the floods
@JESTERDAY he probably was, but he had no idea what he was talking about. or that it didnāt cause the flood. he said it as if it was some elite government scandal
