Songs are soooo good (letās stay together, son of a preacher man, YOU NEVER CAN TELL???)+I have it on CD so it includes some snippets of dialogue which is so sick
i think pulp fiction did it first-- a lot of soundtracks in the 90's had little excerpts from the movie. made for very cool interludes when you're driving to sugar mountain for the weekend with your family
very broody, atmospheric, etherial and grimy. vocals are beautiful and raspy when we get them. also, the director of the movie worked on the soundtrack with his band which is cute.
