A game made by therapists! I try to play it in the morning vs scrolling. Take care of a little farm and play mini games that are made to rewire your mind if you suffer with depression 🩷

Great game for when you are depressed and need an artificial dose of reward chemicals

awesome game where you find little emotibuns, name them, and plant them! you can decorate your room. cozy and offline, too. taking care of plants is low maintenance but i find myself playing mini games for an hour. ads are an option, but no pop ups :) ios and android

This isn’t original but I love how sweet it is. Everything iscute, everyone is kind, everyone runs like they’refour years old. It tries to teach us how to live a happy life: you talk to friends, you do some chores, you’re generous and do kind things. (This is basically where I am with therapy right now)

What if there's like a local section to find people on this app around you to make new friends in person? I feel like a key factor in me downloading this app was because social media is becoming the new third space for people my age but it doesn't beat physically meeting new people 🫶🏽

Even if it's just a kids one from Amazon (I have a $19 one, horrible quality but captures life just great :) I went to a concert last night and came to the very upsetting realization that i forgot my camera :( I came up with the idea to buy another one now since I'm getting good use of the one I have. I have a TON of creative hobbies, and it gets overwhelming to invest so much into each craft (financially and time wise, considering the more you invest the more you feel pressured to have to focus on that hobby). Even as a creative (with a very cluttered work space), you don't have to have the toppest of notches for every hobby you partake in. Owning a camera and taking pictures often should be a hobby for anyone, creative or not. Don't be afraid to start from small! A bit extra rambling since I'm very high :) •at the concert, we were given physical media of ticket stubs, even though everything was handled digitally, making me even more aware of the sentiment I love of how important physical media is •lately, I've been wanting to get more into leaving something behind everywhere I go, kind of an exchange to the earth (collect via camera, place something in return via tagging, stickers, notes, etc). •as someone who (a) has too many hobbies to handle time wise (b) is never consistent with sharing on social media, I try to box myself in a bit as to not be too overwhelmed with all my hobbies, constantly trying to get myself to have "priority" hobbies. I am trying to turn this off and become more consistent so that I can build communities. My lifelong goal is to build a community of artists and create more spaces for them. I'm trying to be less shy, so that people know that I'm over here and I'm bringing more people like them!
