HAVING A MEAL BY YOURSELF
sat down today in a local cafe and had my breakfast and coffee in the sunshine, off my phone, all alone. it’s the perfect way to reset if i’ve been overwhelmed, makes me appreciate my time with myself more and makes me channel anthony bourdain whom i always admire (rip).
