I never agree with these things because I struggle to answer these how I actually behave vs how I’d like to behave, but I tried to be pretty honest with this one… still not sure I agree with it lol. I feel an individual’s personality is usually too nuanced to put into a single category and really depends on perspective

I also went through a big ol MBTI phase which culminated in me deciding putting yourself in a box is bad and there are far more than 16 personalities. That being said im an ISFP and i am not surprised by the abundance of INFP’s on here hahaha

I can’t remember the add on bit. As a teen and early 20s I was ENFP, and then it depended on the day, now I’m pretty solidly INFP. I pretty much think personality tests in are annacurate and reductive (sorry taterhole I still love doing them!). I have a lyric in my song rituals that says “took the myers briggs, swapped all my Es for Is and left me alone but not lonely”. I think it might be my favourite line I’ve ever written. We change everyday but the stories we tell about ourselves only shift when we let go of the attachment to “I’m this kind of person” so I have a very complex relationship to these tests in general!

MBTI is cool for those "what's your type?" convos, but from a psych perspective, it’s kinda sus and doesn’t stack up scientifically compared to a legit personality test like the Big 5, which can actually predict future behavior and is backed by tons of research. In the end MBTI is still fun to play around with though 👌🏼

My god everything is experienced better this way. Stop looking at guides, walkthroughs, endings explained (my least favorite), even the blurbs on the back. Such a rare opportunity in this time to go into something without knowing anything about it, yet so rewarding. To be pleasantly surprised or blown away, to have no idea what’s happening, to find that you really didn’t like it, an opinion formed on your own.. nothing is more valuable
