JUST DOING THE DAMN THING

Been wanting to cut my bangs.... don't have the $money$ for a nice hair cut so grabbed some kitchen scissors and snip snip snipped... guess what, they look bad!!! But felt good just doing the damn thing and scratching that itch. Highly recommend just going for it today

went to a 90 minute sound bath

hallucinated. meditated extremely deeply. Fell asleep at one point and awoke to all my extremities freezing cold. went home and had the best sleep of my life. made me realize we should all be taking intentional time for ourselves every day. 10/10 will repeat
