sorbet is easy to make i think u just need soggy watermelon (yay!), a freezer, honey and water. or sugar and water. idk. its easy tho! and the soggy watermelon will turn into delicious frozen watermelon.
when I was a kid I would put cubes of watermelon in a bowl of ice water and sprinkle it with salt and sugar and happily crunch away on the melon and ice chunks. your spoon gets so cold. consider the culinary possibilities
